If you're not entirely delighted with your candle, for any reason, simply initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We want you to have the perfect scent to accompany your moments of serenity. Here's how our return process works:

Initiate the Return: To begin the return process, please email customer support at support@hillsidecandle.com

Package Your Products: Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging, ideally in their original Hillside Candle packaging.

Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation in the package. This helps us process your return swiftly. 

Ship It Back: Ship the package back to us. Please note that the return shipping cost is at your expense, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to guarantee the safe arrival of your return.

Our Commitment to You:

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, please allow 10-14 business days for us to process your return and for the refund to reflect in your account.

No Additional Shipping Fees: If you choose an exchange, we won't charge you additional shipping fees. Your satisfaction should come at no extra cost.

Confirmation of Delivery: For your peace of mind, we'll confirm the delivery of your return. We want to ensure that your return process goes smoothly.
